This Privacy Policy explains how QROAD uses the personal information provided by users and outlines the efforts made to protect it.

1) QROAD collects the following personal information to provide recruitment opportunities to job applicants:
- Required information: Position applied for, name, date of birth, age, address, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, photo, and desired salary
- Optional information: Family information, military service status, veterans affairs status, educational background, work experience, language proficiency, training completion records, project history, and other information provided by users in their resumes
2) QROAD collects the following personal information for recruitment inquiries:
- Required information: Name, phone number, and email address
3) QROAD collects the following personal information for business partnerships and quotation submissions:
- Required information: Company name, name, phone number, and email address
4) QROAD collects the following personal information to handle registered business inquiries and questions:
- Required information: Company name, name, phone number, and email address
5) During use of the service, information such as IP address, cookies, visit date and time, browser type, and OS information may be automatically generated and collected.

2. Methods of Personal Information Collection
1) Information is directly input by users through the website.
2) Information is collected via printed documents or email.

3. Purpose and Use of Personal Information Collected
QROAD utilizes the personal information it collects for the following purposes:
- Managing recruitment processes and responding to inquiries
- Providing recruitment-related information and using it as foundational data for document screening or interviews during the application process
- Sending business partnership information, quotations, and proposals
- Handling registered business inquiries and questions

4. Provision of Collected Personal Information
In principle, QROAD does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:
1) When users have given prior consent
- Before providing a user’s personal information to third parties, QROAD will separately notify the user and obtain consent regarding the recipient, the purpose of providing the information, the items of personal information to be provided, and the retention period. If users do not consent, their personal information will not be provided to third parties.
2) When it is reasonably determined to be required by law (For example, requests from government or investigative agencies through legitimate procedures by relevant laws)

5. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information Processing
QROAD outsources personal information processing as follows to provide services and enhance the user convenience:
- Contractor: BROAD C&S Co., Ltd.
- Outsourced tasks: Operation of the telephone recording system
- Personal information retention and usage period: Until the termination of the outsourcing contract

6. Personal Information Retention and Usage Period
In principle, QROAD will delete personal information without delay after the purpose of its collection has been achieved or when requested by the user. However, job applicants' personal information will be retained for up to three years after the recruitment process is completed in order to offer future employment opportunities, after which it will be destroyed.
Personal information collected for recruitment inquiries, business partnership information, submissions of quotations, and handling business inquiries and questions will be retained for one year to facilitate response management, after which it will be destroyed.

7. Personal Information Destruction Procedures and Methods
The procedures and specific methods used to destroy personal information are as follows:
1) Destruction procedure
- Information entered by job applicants for employment applications will be transferred to a separate DB (or separate file cabinet for paper documents) after the purpose of its collection has been achieved, stored for a specified period, and then destroyed.
2) Destruction methods
- Personal information printed on paper will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.
- Personal information stored in electronic file format will be deleted using a technical method that prevents the recovery of any data.

8. Users' Rights and Obligations, and How to Exercise Them
Users have the right to refuse the collection, provision to third parties, and outsourced processing of their personal information.
If you wish to delete personal information that you submitted during a job application, please contact QROAD using the main telephone number, and we will process your request without delay.

9. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
QROAD’s service uses cookies that periodically store and retrieve user information. Cookies are text files sent by the servers (HTTP) operating QROAD's website to users' computer browsers, and are stored on users' hard drives.
Cookies allow us to analyze visit patterns and usage of each QROAD service to provide more convenient services. Users can choose whether to accept cookies. By adjusting the settings in “Tools > Internet Options” in their web browser, a user can choose to allow all cookies, require confirmation each time cookies are saved, or reject all cookies.

10. Security Measures for Personal Information
QROAD implements the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
1) Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, minimizing staff handling personal information, and regular staff training
2) Technical measures: Access control management for personal information processing systems, installation of the latest anti-virus and security programs
3) Physical measures: Access control for computer rooms and data storage rooms

12. Installation and Operation of Video Information Processing Devices
QROAD installs and operates video information processing devices as follows:
1) Legal basis for installing video information processing devices: Personal Information Protection Act
2) Purpose of installing video information processing devices: Crime prevention, facility safety, and fire prevention
3) Number of installed devices, locations, and recording scope: Total of 26 devices, office interiors and entrances
- 5th and 6th floors of headquarters: 11 devices, office interiors and entrances
- 7th and 8th floors of headquarters: 9 devices, office interiors and entrances
- Busan Branch: 3 devices, office interiors and entrances
- Suwon Office: 3 devices, office interiors and entrances

5) Recording time, retention period, storage location, and handling method
① Recording time: 24-hour recording
② Retention period: 30 days from the recording date
③ Storage location and handling method: Stored separately in the server room; records of video information usage outside intended purpose, third-party provision, destruction, viewing requests are recorded and maintained; permanent deletion is performed using non-recoverable methods upon expiry of the retention period
6) Video information verification method and location: Team leader approval, server room
7) Measures for data subjects' video information viewing requests: Requests to view, confirm a video’s existence, or delete a video can be submitted to the video information processing device operator (+82-2-6205-6181); viewing is permitted only when data subjects are recorded or when evidently necessary for the protection of life, body, or property interests
8) Technical, administrative, and physical measures for video information protection: Access control and authority restriction, application of secure storage and transmission technology, processing records, secured storage facilities, and lock installation

13. Notification Obligation
When additions, deletions, or corrections are made to the Privacy Policy to address changes in the relevant laws and regulations, such changes will be announced through a notice seven days prior to implementation. However, for significant changes affecting user rights, such as modifications to the types of personal information collected or purposes of use, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance, and user consent may be sought if necessary.
